Gower Messy Church Stable Trail

December 9, 2013

On Saturday 7th December Churches from across Gower got together in the village of Reynoldston for the first ever Gower Messy Church Stable Trail. Based on a very successful idea experienced by a parishioner who had attended St Mark's Gablfa, all the Anglican churches and the Methodist circuit joined forces for this day of mayhem and fun. Over 180 children and nearly twice that number of adults came to the Angel Factory and from there to meet Herod, the shepherds, Wise Men and finally, at the inn, Baby Jesus and Mary and Jospeph. Along the way they met the characters from our nativity story and followed the stars to the journeys end. This event was a huge success which brought Christmas to life in Gower.
